After almost two years, the works of the new zoo of Tirana are nearing completion to open the doors for children on June 1.
In addition to animal shelters there will be spaces dedicated to activities for children.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see more animals than before, as more “residents” will be added to the zoo.

It will be the birds of the swamp, it will be the water birds and we are also expecting the monkey, the youngest inhabitants of the garden. ”
The new zoo is conceived with larger spaces for animals. There will be instruction and information boards while picnic facilities and mini theater plays for children are included.

Parts of meadows next to animal habitats. No more cages have come out of this concept. Reserved tickets for the entrance to the entire zoo and the entrance to the dinosaur area, for this area the ticket will be 100 Lekë, and 200 Lekë for the whole zoo. ”
Part of the new project is an underground parking with 75 seats, which will be used overtime from the surrounding areas.
