Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he had decided that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations would meet without preconditions at the Belarusian border.
The office of President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, had called the Ukrainian President on Sunday.
“Politicians have agreed that the Ukrainian delegation will meet with the Russian delegation without preconditions on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River,” his office said.
“Alexander Lukashenko has taken responsibility for ensuring that all aircraft, helicopters and missiles stationed on Belarusian territory will remain on the ground during the Ukrainian delegation’s journey, meeting and return.”
