Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said all countries of the world should be prepared for the possibility of Russian use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
Zelensky told CNN reporter Jake Tapper that the Russian president does not value the lives of the Ukrainian people and that the whole world is in danger.
