He has to work for 3 years in a medical institution in the country, otherwise he is forced to return to the state 5 times the salary they received during the specialization, ie about 100 million old ALL.
I personally want to build my career here, but to be professionally skilled, you definitely need a subsequent training abroad. Doctors and nurses fleeing abroad are demotivated by low wages and working conditions.
