Their arrest was made for the criminal offenses “Production and Sale of Narcotics”, “Irregular driving” and “Disobedience to the order of a public order police officer”
At around 02:40, these citizens did not obey the order of the police officers to stop and after they left, it is suspected that the citizen SK, who was driving the vehicle, exchanged with the passenger E. Gj., Stating that she was driving the vehicle, where from the verifications it resulted that both did not have a driving license for the vehicle.
During the control of the vehicle that these citizens were circulating, the Police services found and seized a quantity of suspected narcotic substance cocaine weighing 6.5 grams and other items that serve for the use of the narcotic substance.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Kavaja Court of First Instance, for further action.
