23-year-old Fazli Hoxha was killed by gunfire this evening in Klina, Kosovo.
He had just left the bar with his family where they had consumed dinner, when some people started firing at them.
Four people were handcuffed and another was escorted, reports Peja Police.
It is learned that there were physical clashes between Hoxha’s family and the perpetrators, where wooden sticks were used.
Two other people who were injured are in the Peja hospital, under medical care, while the circumstances of the event remain unclear.
