A resident of Fort Myers, Florida, called 911 for help after a two-foot-tall crocodile entered her home, even taking refuge in her garage.
Experts immediately came to the woman’s aid by catching the reptile and transporting her to a crocodile farm in the area.
The woman, Torrie Heathcoat, had heard along with her husband the noise coming from the garage. Her husband had approached to see and she was left with her mouth open when she told him there was a crocodile in the garage.
The woman tells in horror that her son had been in the garage an hour ago and everything could have gone very differently.
No one, thankfully, was injured in the incident.
