Mjaftime Musai, Feride Dine and Fatbardha Isufi have spent the night trapped in a shop in Vlora, threatening to sacrifice themselves if their problem is not solved.
They told this morning for the journalist Mikel Marsi that he will not leave from there, as they have their right.
“I have been suffering for 10 years. I had a two-story house. I made an agreement with the landowner. I had them with permission from the municipality“, Says one of them.
They claim that fuel and mansions have been built on their properties, but have gained nothing, despite the fact that the agreement is in force.
“In my house, the fuel has been raised and the mansions here and I have not gained anything. The deed is a power but they say it is broken”.
Threatening to sacrifice themselves, they insist on claiming the right to their property.
“We will sacrifice ourselves that we have no power to kill other people, but ourselves. We will stay until our problem is solved. We are just looking for a home to live in.”
According to them, legal cases have been won, but the dismissal of judges from vetting has hindered the resolution of the case.
“We have opened two legal cases, one for fraud and forgery. The decision has not been announced. The judges have dismissed the vetting and there is no one to deal with. I have earned all three degreest ”.
They are seeking an apartment in a mansion that was built on their property, a problem that has plagued the courts since 2013.
