The Prime Ministers of Spain and Denmark have arrived in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, to meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
The Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, shared a video of himself and his Danish counterpart, Mette Frederiksen, visiting Borodiankan, a city in the Kiev region.
Sanchez wrote that he was “shocked to witness the horrors and atrocities of Putin’s war on the streets of Borodyanka.”
“We will not leave the Ukrainian people alone,” he wrote.
Frederiksen vowed to send more weapons to Ukraine. Her office said talks with the Ukrainian president would focus on further support for Ukrainians and the prosecution of “war crimes and human rights violations.”
