Liverpool disabled fans have confessed during the investigation into the incidents in the Champions League final that they were “treated like animals”.
Liverpool’s different supporters have described the French police as harsh.
A spokesman for the disabled supporter told the French Senate that a person in a wheelchair had to pass over the closed gates.
Ted Morris asked the French interior minister to resign over the event.
While French Minister Gérald Darmanin said that only English fans complained about problems outside the stadium.
The final match, which was won by Real Madrid, started with about 40 minutes delay after long queues of Liverpool fans were created outside the stadium who could not enter the plant.
French police used tear gas and pepper spray on some supporters before the final.
Ted Morris said a major catastrophe has been averted. No one could come to the aid of the disabled.
“Disabled fans were treated like animals. “My wife and I were no longer interested in the game,” he continued.
“We left in the 86th minute and the steward told us we could not leave because some Frenchmen were still trying to enter the stadium. “It was the worst experience in football.”closed the spokesman confession of Liverpool supporters with disabilities
