Two people have been handcuffed by the police in Durrës.
One of them, a 43-year-old man, was arrested after he used physical and psychological violence against his wife, while the other was driving drunk and without documents.

“Traffic specialists arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen N. Xh., 53 years old, resident in Durrës, after he was caught by the Police services, driving in a drunken state, a vehicle without documents”, the police announces
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
