According to the law on KLA war veterans, Veteran’s Day is celebrated on December 30, to commemorate the sacrifice, commitment and contribution of veterans to bringing freedom and independence to the people of Kosovo.
This day brings to our memory the first battle of the family of the legendary commander Adem Jashari in Prekaz, on December 30, 1991, where the road to freedom began.
This day remembers forever Prekazi, Gllogjan and all the hotbeds of war, who resisted the Serbian military machinery by not bowing to victory.
