US Vice President Kamala Harris has said that Vladimir Putin is not interested in “serious diplomacy”.
Speaking from Romania, Harris said the main objective of the United States is to be determined to find a diplomatic solution.
“From the beginning, the United States has sincerely tried to engage in diplomacy. “From everything we know and have seen, Putin shows no sign of engaging in serious diplomacy.”
