A Ukrainian journalist who was abducted by Russian spies has been released this Tuesday.
Victoria Roshchyna was reportedly abducted by members of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) after her car was shot down earlier this month.
The media where she works, Hromadske, has claimed that already, the journalist who reported from the front line in Ukraine, was released.
“Our journalist Victoria Roshchyna was released from Russian captivity. Now she is on her way to her hometown, Zaporizhzhia. “She was arrested on March 15 in Berdyansk,” the media wrote on Twitter.
Shortly before the abduction, Roshchyna investigated the movements of Russian troops in Zaporizhia and the Donetsk region.
She was released only after being forced to praise the Russians. Pro-Russian media have published a video in which she says Russian troops had saved her life and treated her well.
