Ukraine’s intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, has announced that Russia is trying to split Ukraine in two.

According to him, this is happening because Russia intends to create a region controlled by Moscow, as it failed to take control of the entire country.

“In fact, this is an attempt to create North and South Korea in Ukraine,” Kyrylo Budanov said in a statement.

He added that Ukraine would soon launch a guerrilla war on Russian-occupied territory.
