Dmytro Kuleba has called on the International Criminal Court to go to Bucha to gather evidence and launch an investigation into war crimes by Russia.
The city was liberated by the Russians this weekend and since then serious images of people killed and infrastructure destroyed have appeared.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already sent a request to the ICJ and is awaiting the launch of the investigation.
“We are still collecting and seeking troops, but the number has already reached hundreds. The dead bodies lie on the street. “They killed civilians from these villages and towns.” said the minister.
He claimed that Russia was “worse than ISIS”, adding.
