The northeastern region of Ukraine, Sumy, exchanged a hostage-taking Russian officer with five Ukrainian soldiers.
The news was given by Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyy on social media, who posted the video of the blonde officer in handcuffs, wearing a green jacket.
The officer taken hostage by the Ukrainians was born in 1997 in the Russian city of Omsk.
