A 33-year-old and a 38-year-old fell into a well at noon today in the village of Lofkënd in Mallakastra, while one of them, identified as Besnik Veliaj, died.
The police and the fire brigade made it possible to get two citizens out of the well with signs of life, but the 38-year-old could not survive.
