The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, has announced that two people suspected of sharing secret military information with Russia have been arrested.
“Today, on Chornovil Avenue in Lviv, patrols stopped a suspicious car. By checking the driver’s documents and phone, the police found videos and photos of our military movements. “He also had passport photos of men registered in Luhansk and many contacts with Russian numbers.” said Kozytskyi in a statement to the Telegram
Lviv was hit on Saturday by two sets of rocket attacks, including one that caused a fire at a fuel depot that burned overnight before being extinguished by emergency responders.
Kozytskyi said police who went to the scene of a rocket attack arrested a man suspected of filming the rocket flight and its impact, and said police also found photos of checkpoints in the region that had been sent to Russian numbers. These individuals were handed over to the Security Service of Ukraine after their arrest.
