Two people have fallen into the hands of the Elbasan police, one of whom was declared wanted.
The specialists for Crime Investigation at the Librazhd Police Station detained the wanted citizen ML, 24 years old, resident in Tirana, for whom the Court has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”.
Specialists of the Interurban and Urban Traffic Section in DVP Elbasan arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense “Violation of traffic rules”, citizen A. Sh., 42 years old, resident in Tirana, after driving a vehicle type “Volkswagen”, had an accident citizen RK, 78 years old, who died in hospital.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, for the citizens:
– CA, 32 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentional Injuries”, after hitting the citizen AL with fists;
– TU, 50 years old and is working to capture him, as it is suspected that during the night in Belsh, in the village of Përroi i Zi, he tried to steal from the window the apartments of the citizens Sh. H., RH and PH, resident in the village of Përroi i Zi, Belsh.
The materials were forwarded to the Elbasan Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
