The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has filed an indictment against two persons accused of giving usurious money.
Defendants RJ and HD, according to the prosecution, intentionally and for the purpose of directly obtaining financial benefit have consistently provided usurious money with significantly disproportionate monthly interest rates.
RJ is accused of having committed the criminal offense “Fajdeja”, while HD is accused of having committed the criminal offense “Assistance in committing the criminal offense of Fajde”.
