Residents living in buildings built before the 90s, through the Community Fund can benefit from projects for the repair of the facade, thermal insulation, but recently there have been requests for the installation of elevators.
In this 5-storey building, where 15 residents live, the thermal insulation of the building has helped to save electricity.
For projects that are approved, half of the costs are paid by the residents and the other half by the Municipality of Tirana.
The Community Fund has started to be applied since 2017, the highest number of projects was 57 years, while this year 70 projects are expected to be approved.
