The police officer is appointed to duty within the structures of the State Police, in accordance with the professional qualification and police rank he holds, after the expiration of the term in the administration.
To return to the ranks of the blue uniforms, the police officer must submit a written request for his return to the General Directorate of State Police.
The General Director of the State Police has the right, for work needs, to request the return of the employee to the State Police, before the completion of the transfer deadline, but not earlier than 6 months from the transfer.
When returning to the State Police after a period of more than one year, a certificate of reliability is required, which is a document approved by the Head of State Police and reflects the results of verification of self-declared data in relation to those of physical and electronic police registers and other state institutions.

1. State Police employees appointed / transferred to structures of state administration institutions, according to this decision, after

2. For the return to the structures of the State Police, the institution in which the employee is appointed, who is not part of the civil service, submits to the General Directorate of the State Police a written request for his return. The General Director of the State Police has the right to, for work needs, request the return of the employee to the State Police, before the completion of the transfer deadline, but not earlier than 6 (six) months from the transfer.
3. The General Director of the State Police, after receiving the request for the return of the employee, proceeds with his appointment within the structures of the State Police.
4. For the job positions, which are included in the civil service, the human resources unit of the requesting institution, notifies the Department of Public Administration for the expiration of the temporary term of the position where the employee has been appointed. The Department of Public Administration notifies the Director General of the State Police of the return of the employee.
5. When the return to the State Police is done after a period of more than 1 (one) year, proof of credibility is required.
6. The Ministry of Interior, the General Directorate of State Police, the Department of Public Administration and other state structures are in charge, which have functions that can be performed professionally by employees of the State Police, for the implementation of this decision.
