Halley Kate and her friends had a traumatic experience during their spring break in Florida, where they were chased by a man masturbating in front of them. The suspect had stopped the shameful activity only after he was hit eight times with an electric pistol by the police.
The girl who had come for a few days off of the spring season says she was running to save her life when her husband started masturbating in front of her in a cafe.
Halley Kate from New York, along with friends were having their drinks at the cafe in Miami when they noticed the man without shoes who started fixing them.
Sharing their video, which has already gone viral, she says: “I saw that he had put his hands in his shorts, or the shoes he was wearing, but I did not care because I thought he was just waiting for his drink.”
“But even after five minutes he was there with his hands inside his pants, looking at us obsessed with us and moving inside.”
Halley had tried to alert the store staff but they had not put the man’s behavior fixed.
So after getting the drinks, the girls left the store, but the scary man had followed them following the same behavior.
There, the girl also took a picture of an immoral man with his hands inside his underwear.
The girls got up but he started chasing them. “As we were walking he was following us through the streets of Miami, we started running and so did he,” adds Halley.
“We called the emergency number 911 but saw a police car passing by us. They stopped and helped us. They hit him with an electric pistol until he fell to the ground. “I am happy that he was arrested and taken off the streets, so that he can no longer do this to other girls.”
According to a Miami police report, the detainee was 27-year-old Blake Reign, on Friday morning, March 11th.
The report said he had been electrocuted eight times before being arrested.
Reign has been charged with immoral conduct, disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer.
