Journalist Arjon Sulo told “Top Talk” how Lulzim Basha announced his resignation from the Democratic Party.
“What Lulzim Basha said is the opening of the process of reflection and accountability which warns of resignation, I took resignation as a warning“, Said the journalist.
According to him, the competition of the electoral process should be opened, including all Democrats, despite the fact that it will have its own formal difficulties.
It was said in the studio that Basha is measuring the political temperature, seeing how the democratic party will proceed.
Democratic MP Grida Duma before the new year was one of Basha’s supporters, while after the March 6 elections things have changed, as she no longer supports Basha and has stated that the Democratic Party is not held by the minority.
The journalist said that Sali Berisha’s non grata is irreversible by the US and this will affect the persuasion of Albanians to vote for him.
The losses of March 6 brought dissatisfaction from the DP by blaming Lulzim Basha for this loss.
A deep loss as in the local elections in 6 municipalities the DP did not get seats in any of them.
Numerous reactions came from the PD deputies demanding Basha’s resignation.
