Tirana is ready for the swearing-in ceremony of the new President, Bajram Begaj.
The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has posted photos of the decorations with red and black flags along the “Martyrs of the Nation” boulevard, as he has ironized Ilir Mete. Veliaj writes that the capital has always respected the presidents, even though they have often sabotaged major municipal projects.
