“Tirana in the eyes of children” is a project created by children in kindergartens in the capital, who through their voice and works show how they see the city and how they want to see it in the future.
The children’s work came after visits to the city. What they saw they drew or built together with the help of educators. This is a new way of teaching children, which aims to develop creativity.
“We are in a more modern approach that aims to develop children’s creativity, so we offer conditions and opportunities and this methodology is working with projects and children build the meanings, knowledge, skills that the child needs,” said the Director of Kindergartens, Zhaneta Beqiri.
This project will be concluded on June 5, a day when children, in addition to the holiday, will have the opportunity to present Tirana as they want it for the future.
