Police have arrested three people for various criminal offenses.
In a press release, it is learned that the citizens have been handcuffed:

M., a passenger in the vehicle driven by the citizen BM, which is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
