The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Sinegubov has published the number of victims and wounded from the attacks in Kharkiv, today.
“Three civilians have been killed and dozens injured in Russian bombings in the last 24 hours in the region. “31 people were injured by the Russian bombing, including four children,” Sinegubov said.
Kharkiv is the second largest city in Ukraine which has been one of the targets of Russian forces and in the last weeks of the conflict there have been constant attacks.
“The enemy can not approach Kharkiv because our armed forces are holding strong positions and are even advancing in some directions. “Therefore, the Russians use shelling in residential neighborhoods,” he said.
He called on citizens not to leave their shelters unless they have emergency needs.
