Three Albanians, who were serving their sentences in an Italian prison, escaped early in the morning of the previous day.
They cut the bars of the cell in Treviso prison and then used sheets to get down.
The incident happened around 05:00 on Thursday, according to Gennarino De Fazio, Secretary General of the Uilpa Prison Police.
Two of the fugitives were immediately apprehended, while on the run is 27-year-old Edison Pula, convicted of attempted murder, robbery, possession of explosives and other acts of drug trafficking, all committed outside Italy.
Pula, a member of Nikla’s gang, has previously shown his ‘skills’ to escape the place of punishment. In 2016, he escaped from prison at the Kruja Police Station after crossing the perimeter wall.
The chicken managed to push the cops escaping the moment it got out of the van, as it was entering the isolation room. Edison Pula has been convicted of attempted murder, planting of explosives and robbery, as well as attempted assassination of Enver Stafuka’s friend, Gentjan Bejtja.
