Polina’s 5-year-old brother failed to survive the severe wounds of the Russian attack and died in hospital.
After the car he was traveling with his family was attacked by Russian forces, Semyon was taken to hospital where he remained for 72 hours in critical condition until he died.
His parents, Anton Kudrin, Svetlana Zapadynskaya and 10-year-old sister Polina, died in the attack.
The family’s eldest daughter, Sofia, 13, continues to be in hospital in critical condition, while she has no knowledge that her entire family has been killed.
