Five people have been taken under investigation by the police, after being charged with environmental crime.
The police informs that LL, 48 years old (firm administrator) and SD, 33 years old, both residents of Poliçan, were taken under investigation, after SD citizen was found in Tomori Mountain, with the vehicle “Truck”, loading decorative stone tiles, without the relevant documentation on behalf of the firm with administrator citizen LL
Also, NT, 42 years old and Sh.Q., 53 years old (firm administrator), after the citizen NT was found in Tomori Mountain, with the vehicle “Truck”, loading decorative stone tiles, without the relevant documentation on behalf of the firm with administrator citizen Sh.Q.
Also under investigation was A.Gj., 40 years old, resident in Çorovodë, as in the place called “Father’s Mill”, it was found building additional premises, without the permission of the competent authorities.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Berat Court of First Instance for further action.
