Two citizens have been put under investigation for illegal fishing in the Ksamil area.
The citizen with the initials E.Sh., together with his brother, the citizen with the initials S. Sh., had gone fishing without notice and did not have the necessary documentation to exercise the fishing activity and did not have any documents for the vessel.
The two brothers were prosecuted for the criminal offense “Forbidden Fishing”, while the boat was seized.
