A 27-year-old man was arrested by the police, after he stole a sum of money from an elderly woman’s apartment on 20.08.2020 in the village of Kqire in Puka.
The coded operation “Forgetfulness” made it possible to arrest the young man with the initials VN, a resident of the village of Naraç in Vaut de Deja, who had been declared wanted for a long time.
His accomplice with the initials MN, who, together with the arrested man, forced open the door of the 80-year-old MN citizen’s apartment, which they beat and then took the amount of 100,000 new alleks.
The materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Pukë Judicial District Court, for the criminal offense “Theft with violence”.
