A citizen declared wanted for the criminal offense of “Illegal deprivation of liberty” remaining attempted, committed in collaboration and “Illegal competition through violence”, has been detained and arrested by police forces.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Divjaka Police Commissariat, detained the citizen Sh. K., 40 years old, resident in Lushnja.
The detention of this citizen was made pursuant to the decision of 13.12.2020 of the Lushnja Judicial District Court, which has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for committing criminal offenses “Illegal deprivation of liberty”, remaining in attempt, carried out in collaboration and “Illegal competition through violence”.
Citizen Sh. K., in cooperation with the citizens AB, 24 years old and GB, 19 years old, (who have been declared wanted), on 06.12.2020, in the village of Gradishtë, Divjakë, tried to forcibly take against the citizen J. Ll ., 31 years old.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Lushnja Court of First Instance for further action.
