Six teenagers have been prosecuted by the police in Gjirokastra after physically raping a peer.
At the end of the investigative actions carried out in the presence of parents, psychologist and lawyer, the following citizens were prosecuted: OT, 16 years old; K. Gj., 18 years old; MR, 17 years old; KM, 17 years old; LK, 16 years old and K. Q, 17 years old, for the criminal offense “Intentional minor injury”, committed in collaboration.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Gjirokastra Court of First Instance, for further action.
