Three people have fallen into the hands of the Durrës police after engaging in illegal gambling activity.
Following the operation “Fate of games”, based on the information received on the operational road that in an environment rented by a citizen, in neighborhood no. 13, Durrës, was exercising the illegal activity of games of chance, services of the Local Police Directorate of Durrës, in cooperation with the Durrës Police Commissariat, have organized the work and as a result have made possible the identification and crackdown of this illegal activity.
As a result, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto: MO, 48 years old, RC, 33 years old and SS, 38 years old, all three residents of Durrës.
Also, the search was made for the citizen RZ, who had rented the environment where the games of chance took place.
As electronic evidence, 93 electronic devices used for gambling, 4 tables and 4 roulettes were seized.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Durrës Judicial District, for the criminal offenses “Organizing illegal lotteries” and “Making available premises for illegal games”.
