New details have come to light from the alienation of property in the center of Tirana, where seven officials of the Tirana Cadastre were suspended from duty on charges of “Abuse of duty”.
They are accused of alienating the property in collaboration with two brothers Endri and Elvis Turtulli, who are under investigation.
According to the file provided by the journalist Anila Hoxha, from the entirety of the investigation, it results that the citizen Vojsava Kruja was deceived by her two sons by being stripped naked and alienated from the property of Hotel “Europa” located in “Reshit Çollaku” Street.
The process of eviction from the property and its alienation begins with the declaration of her sons, Elvis and Endri Turtulli in the ALUIZN office that this object is an illegal construction built in 1998, a fact that is not true, because in 1995 this object was provided with a certificate of ownership from the mortgage in the name of her ex-husband, citizen Beqir Turtulli.
Her two sons have stated that the facility was built in 1998, when their age was 18 and the other 16 years old. Regarding the land, they stated that they do not know whose it is, as it was built on family land and was registered with recognition of the fact, according to the laws of that period.
Based on these false declarations, as a conclusion from the real estate registration office of Tirana, on 5.10.2015, this object was legalized and its sons were provided with the certificate of ownership by stripping their mother of ownership, in a time that this object by a Court Decision had passed into her ownership.
Regarding the ownership documents on the building, the plaintiff states that she disappeared from her sons in the mortgage of Tirana.
At the end of 1998 she divorced her husband, Beqir Turtulli. In 1999, the court process for the division of the marital property started in the Court of Tirana, a process from which Hotel Europa benefited as property, which it completed on 1.10.2003.
He rented this business from 2005 to 2010, because at that time the children were small.
In 2010, after the termination of the lease contract, he started to administer it himself. The business was registered with NIPT L11816016M, in the name of the plaintiff Vojsava Kruja.
She managed the business on her behalf until 2013. After she retired, she passed it on to her son Endri Turtulli, who at the time was unemployed.
During all this time, she worked at Hotel Europa, until 6.7.2020, at which time she, together with her sons Elvis and Endri Turtulli, decided to sell a part of the building to the citizen Gert Velia, this close friend of her son.
From the amount of the sale of this part, she and her sons, agreed to take 1/3 share each. The eldest son received the amount of money he owed from the sale of his part in the amount of 350 thousand euros, while the citizen Gert Velia and the youngest son Endri, have asked that after the restoration of the hotel that would last over 1 year, will to return the amount of 350 thousand euros.
She explains that she did not receive 500 euros per month from her sons, an amount which would enable her to pay the rent. He has been asking the boys for so long, the obligation they have, but they not only do not answer with the return of the amount, but they do not answer even on the phone.
The plaintiff states that both of her sons have not only falsified the documents in order to alienate the property, but also deceive her by not giving her the obligation that belongs to her.
The Tirana court suspended from duty: Brisieda Baraj, Anisa Caka, Drilon Lleshi, Erjona Pemaj, Klajdi Dervishi, Genc Tufi and Elsa Sherja.
Whereas for Elvis Turtulli and Endri Turtulli, the criminal offense “Fraud” committed in cooperation is aggravated and the security measure “Obligation to appear before the judicial police” was imposed.
