Eight people have been arrested by the Tirana police for various criminal offenses, where four of them were declared wanted.
In a press release, the police said that the citizen declared wanted with the initials FA, 27 years old, was arrested, after the Tirana Judicial District Court imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offense of “Driving vehicles in a manner irregular ”.
Specialists of the Economic and Financial Criminal Section detained the wanted juvenile citizen DK, as it is suspected that through fraud he embezzled the amount of 35,000 euros, the citizen KK, 43 years old.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 1 made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen FH, 63 years old, for the criminal offense “Counterfeiting of coins”, because in a fuel, he made a payment with a suspected amount of counterfeit euros.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 2 arrested and detained the citizen K. Ç., 38 years old, declared wanted for the criminal offenses “Domestic Violence” and “Theft of electricity”. During the search of his apartment, the Police services found and seized as material evidence a quantity of ammunition and a cutting tool (knife).
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 3 made the arrest and detention of the wanted citizen KA (K)., 26 years old, after on 09.03.2022, it is suspected that in a hotel, he stole a laptop and a large amount of money of the citizen AM, 24 years old.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes at the Kavaja Police Commissariat made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizen ER, 40 years old, after he was caught driving his vehicle by the employees of the Traffic Police, with a suspected forged driving license.
Traffic specialists made the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizens:
– AD, 46 years old, after being caught driving his vehicle, in a drunken state;
– K. Xh., 38 years old, after driving his vehicle in a drunken state, he did not obey the employees of the Road Traffic, to stop.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
