A young man in Shkodra was wounded with a firearm and sent to the hospital in Tirana for treatment.
The injured was 34-year-old Vinces Piroli, who lived in Sandzak of Kurbin. Shkodra and Lezha police exercised controls to identify persons who may have knowledge of the event.
Checkpoints were also set up at all entrances and exits of Lezha district to catch the perpetrator. The cause of this injury is still unknown.
