The young man from Kuçova, Michael Vrapi passed away after falling from the roof of the apartment.
He was assembling a solar panel but the strong wind knocked him down from a height of about 3 meters which caused the young man fractures and collapses all over his body.
He was found on the ground unconscious and was transported urgently to the Berat Regional Hospital for medical assistance.
Michael Vrapi underwent urgent intervention, but his aggravated condition forced the doctors to send him to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana.
Unfortunately, Vrapi could not survive the severe injuries and died along the way. Family members suggest that today will be forwarded to the last apartment.
