The residents of the village of Kozare in Kuçova have again arrived at the Special Court, to testify about the fellow villager who has been working with combine harvesters for years but has not declared his income.
SPAK requested the confiscation of Bektash Shtepënja’s property after his son was convicted in Italy for exploitation of prostitution.
To justify the 2 houses, a garage and a vehicle, 240 farmers from the village of Kozare in Kuçovo were called as witnesses. The villagers have testified that they gave Bektashi the payment for the wheat harvest and the crops.
A few weeks ago, 20 witnesses were questioned, while others are being questioned today.
