The Special Court acquits Samuel Ndoka, accused in one of the factions of file 339.
Ndoka was charged with “drug trafficking”, “structured criminal group” and “illegal possession of weapons”.
Contacted by the media, the defense counsel of the defendant Samuel Noka, lawyer Arbër Hoxha said that the decision is fair and is the occasion to congratulate the court in administering justice, as the former Serious Crimes Court and currently the Special Court against Corruption and Crime Organized in 21 years of its existence this is the 3rd verdict of innocence.
