The heavy rains, which started this morning, have driven away local vacationers and foreign tourists from the beach of Vlora. All the beaches of the city have been emptied of vacationers and tourists who, as a result of the rain, have left quickly. The owners of the beaches have chosen to close the umbrellas and deckchairs and protect them from the coastal wind, which has been blowing for several hours on the coast.
In the streets of the city of Vlora, especially in Lungomare, there is currently heavy traffic.
Heavy rains in Elbasan have started to cause the first problems on the Elbasan-Librazhd road axis. The fall of stones from the mountain slope has made traffic difficult in the place called “Kthesat e Murrashi”.
