The dead body of 55-year-old Agim Pelushi, who was spotted by a grass this morning, has not yet been pulled out of the waters of the Vjosa River, after which it must have been displaced from the stream.
From the preliminary investigations and the interrogation of the family members, it is learned that they had made a denunciation for his departure from the apartment four days ago. Family members claimed he had previously left home after suffering from serious mental disorders.
The 55-year-old had often left for Greece without the knowledge of his family and his absence for several days was something repeated for them.
Police are searching a wide area along the Vjosa riverbed but there are still no results.
