The Russian delegation in the peace talks with Ukraine “will not issue a single point of negotiation,” a RIA news agency reported today.
So far, the two sides have held three rounds of talks since the beginning of the Russian occupation, but to no avail. The last meeting was on Monday.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to hold talks in Turkey on Thursday with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.
