Alfie Best, who was born on a roller coaster in Leicester in central Britain, now lives in a milionë 6 million villa in the Surrey region.
The 52-year-old started his business as a teenager selling cars and vans, before setting up a group of mobile phone shops when he was in his 20s, as documented on his dream journey by local daily Daily Mail.
Now more than 30 years later, he runs Wyldecrest Parks, which manages 91 leisure parks and roller coaster parking across the UK, and is worth milionë 700 million.
The entrepreneur has gone so far as to buy his helicopter for milionë 4.5 million from the Aston Martin company.
And in fact his brilliance is expected to continue to grow as he is soon expected to become the world’s first member of the Roma community to reach the shum 1 billion fortune.
But Mr. Best said for the daily The Sun. says that it is no longer a question of making money but of doing something that would make a difference.
The millionaire says that unfortunately the world has entered the review, so according to him, “the true value of man is seen when ‘dung falls into the fan’ and no one can escape ‘without being sprayed'”.
He says: “Depending on the market performance, next year is expected to reach the value of 1 billion pounds, but everything can go wrong, and today the fluctuations are great.”
Meanwhile he does not forget to spend, as in the case of the helicopter, he has even just turned down a 9 950 million offer to sell his parking business from a financial corporation.
In 2015, when his business was valued at $ 200 million, Best said he did not feel successful.
He says he has learned to sell since he was ten years old with door-to-door sales, when he worked with his father’s asphalt business.
“Have you ever heard the expression ‘he speaks as fast as a Roma’?” He says.
“When I was selling door-to-door with my father, I only had 30 seconds before they slammed the door in my face, and that taught me a lot about the tactics of a good salesman.”
Best says he survived several recessions even renting his house, before realizing at the time that the only businesses operating were fast food and mobile phone shops, so he got involved in the latter and triumphed.
