Based on article 44 point 5, the meeting had to be held 5 days by the national council, but due to the urgent nature, the temporary commission decided that the meeting be held tomorrow at 18:00. The PD national council is the only body that can determine the unified position on a political issue such as the election of the president of the republic. Also based on article 44 point 4 of the statute, in the first meeting of the council will be elected the chairman of the national council.
