A group of Serb citizens in the north of Mitrovica, had gathered today in protest of not allowing the holding of the Serbian referendum in Kosovo.
This rally, as announced by the police, has already ended and no incident has been recorded. This is what the police spokesman for the north of Mitrovica, Besim Hoti, told Telegraf.
“It was a gathering of some citizens and lasted about half an hour. “The same ended after they gave the speeches and no incident was recorded”, said Hoti.
He added that this was not a protest, and that a protest to be warned to be held at 12:00.
Among those seen at the rally were Minister Goran Rakic, MP Igor Simic, and mayors of the country’s northern municipalities.
