The price of oil and gasoline has increased in our country, while gas has not changed.
Now diesel will be sold at 252 ALL per liter, 9 ALL more, while gasoline will be sold at 241 ALL per liter, 6 ALL more.
The Transparency Board at today’s meeting decided that the price of gas will not change, and the sale will continue at 81 Lek per liter.
Decision of the Transparency Board on July 5, 2022:
✅The retail price of the gasoil by-product of the SSH EN 590 standard should be no more than 252 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 240 ALL/liter.
✅ The retail price of the SSH EN standard gasoline by-product should be no more than 241 ALL/liter, while the wholesale price no more than 229 ALL/liter.
✅ The retail price of the gas by-product should be 81 ALL/retail and 69 ALL/liter.
🗓 The prices set by the Board will come into effect today, July 5 at 18.00 pm and will be valid until the next meeting of the Board where the changes in the sales prices will be reflected.
⚠️We draw the attention of every wholesale and retail operator of oil by-products on the obligation to implement this decision. In case of violations found by different operators, the suspension of the activity will be imposed. We are constantly monitoring the progress of the stock exchanges, with the aim of responding as quickly as possible.
The new decision comes into force today at 18.00 and will be valid until the next meeting of the board where the changes in sales prices will be reflected.
Our country, like many other countries, has been facing for months already an increase in the prices of hydrocarbons and food basket products, as a result of the war in Ukraine, which started on February 24.
